All items are despatched within 2-3 business days, excluding Bank Holiday & National Holidays, of receiving cleared payment

Items are posted from Monday - Friday.

It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out in our website.

Making A Purchase - You will need to create an account with us on our website before making a purchase; this enables you to store all of your shipping and billing details so you don’t have to enter them every time you place an order with us. You can browse our website by clicking on the categories on the left hand side of the website or the department tab on the toolbar at the top of the page.

When you click onto a product you simply choose your colour or length and click the ‘buy now’ button. This item will be added to your shopping cart ready to go through the checkout process.

Once all products have been added to your cart you will be prompted to login, if you aren’t already logged in, before you make your purchase. Follow the easy online instructions throughout the checkout process to finalise your order, once your payment details have been entered and you confirm your order, your payment will instantly be processed by our acquiring bank. You should receive an instant email confirmation once your order has been submitted, if you don’t receive your confirmation email within 1 working hour, please contact us to confirm your order was received successfully. 

 

Hair Products - We will not be held responsible for the way in which you use the product(s) you purchase from our website once it has left our warehouse.

Afuro Hair & Beauty will not accept responsibility if any hair is put in incorrectly, cared for incorrectly or is damaged due to perming, colouring or cutting. We recommend that instructions should be read or sought before use.

We recommend that "professional products" should be used by trained hair extension stylists or hair extension professionals who have been trained in the use of hair extensions.

Afuro Hair & Beauty would recommend that the correct colour match of hair is purchased, some brand of human hair products state that the hair can by dyed however Afuro Hair & Beauty do not recommend any dying of hair extensions or Wigs.

Please note that hair and fibre colours will vary on your computer depending on your monitor resolution, please loan a colour ring or purchase a colour sample to ensure you are choosing the correct colour shade before your final purchase so the correct colour reaches you first time. 

Payment & Currencies - All prices throughout our website are quoted in £ Great British Pounds Sterling. We accept most major credit & debit cards. Card Payments are processed immediately using the Royal Bank of Scotland and PayPal secure systems.

NEVER send credit card details by e-mail. Our online store includes a considerable level of security that is not included in e-mail. We also accept Bank Transfer, UK Personal Cheques and UK Postal Orders that must be made payable to Afuro Hair and Beauty, remember to include your Name, Address and Order number when mailing us your payment. 

We will dispatch your order once any cheques have cleared which can take up to 10-12 working days.

Shipping And Handling - We send orders worldwide, you can choose a shipping method once you have proceeded to the checkout. We use both Royal Mail and a courier service to send all of our parcels. All parcels will be sent to the address provided in the "delivery address" box in the "order process", you can change this at any time by clicking on the "edit" link. 

Shipping Costs - All shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the product(s) ordered and where in the world we are shipping to, unless otherwise stated. The shipping costs are always displayed to you when you proceed to the checkout and before you enter your payment details. Please make a careful note of this as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards. We reserve the right to increase shipping costs as per Courier annual rises. 

Delays or Loss in Transit - Unless you have chosen a next day service please allow 30 days for orders to arrive. We can provide you with all tracking information, dates, reference numbers etc. Royal Mail and most couriers suggest waiting at least 30 days for delivery of any parcel before a claim form can be submitted for a parcel deemed as lost in transit. (This allows time for a parcel to be collected from the Royal Mail/Courier collections office if no one was home when they attempted delivery, or for the parcel to be returned back to us if it was not collected by you). 

Returns By Royal Mail/Courier Service - If you are not home when the courier attempts delivery they will leave you a calling card to which you must respond otherwise the package will be returned to us the sender. If you fail to get a redelivery or collect the package and it is returned to us, you will be contacted and may have to pay shipping costs for the package to be sent back out to you. You are also liable for any surcharges that the courier charges us to have it returned to sender. 

Payment Security - All credit card details are processed using "SagePay" and "PayPal" secure transaction systems. Your credit or debit card details are not stored on any of our own computers / servers. 

Privacy - Your privacy is always respected and we are committed to safeguarding your privacy online. We will never disclose or pass on information about our customers to any third party. We will not send you any unsolicited Emails other than information regarding your order or any updates to the website and stock.

Returns Policy - Cancellation Of Order

All goods purchased from Afuro Hair and Beauty may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of delivery. A 10% administration charge will be levied on all items returned for a refund except faulty goods. 

SALE ITEMS/USED ITEMS:

Sales on all Sale Items and Used items (i.e. items in the "WIGS ON SALE" or "USED WIGS" sections) are final. Sale and used items cannot be returned, nor exchanged. Their condition is always described and depicted accurately, and they are sold as seen.

Before sending the parcel back to us, please contact us.You will be asked for the reason for the return including whether you will prefer a refund or exchange plus whether the item has been used. In addition, you will need to confirm your name, order number and postcode, so please have these available if you telephone. 

May we please ask you to additionally note: 

1. You must take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and any item for return must be received back in its original shipped condition and original packing. The item must be without damage or use and in a suitable condition for resale. All original packaging should accompany any returned item. We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund if such items have been opened from a sealed package All items will be inspected on their return to our warehouse. 

We are not a manufacturer, so the whole product and packaging must be returned as the same condition as you would have received it and how you may expect to receive it. If the product or packaging is in any way missing or damaged, we cannot refund. 

Lace Wigs and Lace Front Wigs: 

The lace must not have been cut. If returning adhesive, solvent or similar products, the product must not have been opened or used. If you fail to adhere to these conditions, your return will be refused. We require a 10% restocking fee for all returns - this will be deducted from your refund. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in a resellable condition. Postage will not be refunded. If you item was sent "Free Postage" we will deduct the cost of di

2. That you or your carrier are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. Cost and Risk of return will be at your expense and we strongly recommend Royal Mail's "Recorded Signed For "Special Delivery" service to return your goods. 

3. We regret that outbound shipping, packing and insurance cannot be refunded. For exchanged items, you may be asked for a nominal fee as a contribution towards any additional postage of shipping, depending on which shipping method you require. Please note that if your order qualified for free delivery, the amount it actually cost to post the order to you will still be deducted from your refund.

4. We try to make refunds within one week of receipt back to us though promise to make all refunds within 30 calendar days from receipt of goods to our warehouse. Please note that we will not be held liable for any interest payment that you may incur because any refund was made outside of your credit/debit card timescales.

5. Please return the goods to the address on the top of your receipt/invoice including and fill in the returns form you received with your item(s) 

6. Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as "In Dispute". Such In Dispute items will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, otherwise they will be destroyed within 91 calendar days from their receipt back to us. 

7. We are sorry but due to false promises in the past, we are unable to replace or exchange an item until the original is returned to Afuro Hair and Beauty If you need an item in a hurry, we suggest you place a second order for the new item and send the original back at a later date. 

8. Sometimes and especially if goods are purchased in advance for a present or delivered while on holiday, aforementioned 7 day response timescales can be missed. Therefore, without prejudice and as a gesture of goodwill, we are happy to consider the following remedy on a case by case basis: 

Should an item not be required and is returned and received by us between 7 working days and 30 calendar days, we will be happy to accept the item(s) back with refund of goods to the value of 70% of the purchase price (excluding shipping) or refund of 100% if taken as a gift certificate or coupon redeemable in the future at Afuro Hair and Beauty. Should an item be returned and received after 30 calendar days, we will have no obligation to refund. If you wish the item resent to you, we will ask for a nominal fee to cover additional shipping costs. 

7 working days from receipt of delivery" shall be defined as the date from when your shipment is received by you, being the date of signature that the package is received by you.
