Making A Purchase - You will need to create an account with us on our website before making a purchase; this enables you to store all of your shipping and billing details so you don’t have to enter them every time you place an order with us. You can browse our website by clicking on the categories on the left hand side of the website. When you click onto a product you simply choose your colour or length and click the ‘buy now’ button. This item will be added to your shopping cart ready to go through the checkout process. Once all products have been added to your cart you will be prompted to login, if you aren’t already logged in, before you make your purchase. Follow the easy online instructions throughout the checkout process to finalise your order, once your payment details have been entered and you confirm your order, your payment will instantly be processed by our acquiring bank. You should receive an instant email confirmation once your order has been submitted, if you don’t receive your confirmation email within 1 working hour, please contact us to confirm your order was received successfully. 

Hair Products - We will not be held responsible for the way in which you use the product(s) you purchase from our website once it has left our warehouse.

Afuro Hair & Beauty will not accept responsibility if any hair is put in incorrectly, cared for incorrectly or is damaged due to perming, colouring or cutting. We recommend that instructions should be read or sought before use.

We recommend that "professional products" should be used by trained hair extension stylists or hair extension professionals who have been trained in the use of hair extensions.

Afuro Hair & Beauty would recommend that the correct colour match of hair is purchased, some brand of human hair products state that the hair can by dyed however Afuro Hair & Beauty do not recommend any dying of hair.

Please note that hair and fibre colours will vary on your computer depending on your monitor resolution, please loan a colour ring or purchase a colour sample to ensure you are choosing the correct colour shade before your final purchase so the correct colour reaches you first time. 

Payment & Currencies - All prices throughout our website are quoted in £ Great British Pounds Sterling. We accept most major credit & debit cards. Card Payments are processed immediately using the Royal Bank of Scotland and PayPal secure systems. NEVER send credit card details by e-mail or live chat as this is unsafe. Our online store includes a considerable level of security that is not included in e-mail. We also accept Bank Transfer, UK Personal Cheques and UK Postal Orders that must be made payable to Harland Corporation, remember to include your Name, Address and Order number when mailing us your payment. 

Shipping And Handling - We send orders worldwide, you can choose a shipping method once you have proceeded to the checkout. We use both Royal Mail and Interlink to send all of our parcels. All parcels will be sent to the address provided in the "ship to" box in the "order process". 

Shipping Costs - All shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the product(s) ordered and where in the world we are shipping to, unless otherwise stated. The shipping costs are always displayed to you when you proceed to the checkout and before you enter your payment details. Please make a careful note of this as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards. We reserve the right to increase shipping costs as per Courier annual rises. 

Delays or Loss in Transit - Unless you have chosen a next day service please allow 30 days for orders to arrive. We can provide you with all tracking information, dates, reference numbers etc. Royal Mail and most couriers suggest waiting at least 30 days for delivery of any parcel before a claim form can be submitted for a parcel deemed as lost in transit. (This allows time for a parcel to be collected from the Royal Mail/Courier collections office if no one was home when they attempted delivery, or for the parcel to be returned back to us if it was not collected by you). 

 

Returns By Royal Mail/Interlink - If you are not home when the courier attempts delivery they will leave you a calling card to which you must respond otherwise the package will be returned to us the sender. If you fail to get a redelivery or collect the package and it is returned to us, you will be contacted and may have to pay shipping costs for the package to be sent back out to you. You are also liable for any surcharges that the courier charges us to have it returned to sender. 

 

Payment Security - All credit card details are processed using "SagePay" and "PayPal" secure transaction systems. Your credit or debit card details are not stored on any of our own computers / servers. 

 

Privacy - Your privacy is always respected and we are committed to safeguarding your privacy online. We will never disclose or pass on information about our customers to any third party. We will not send you any unsolicited Emails other than information regarding your order or any updates to the website and stock.

Our Right as a Supplier - We reserve the right to change prices and information at any time and without notice throughout this website.

 

IITEM MUST BE RETUNED WITHIN 14 DAYS upon receiving your order (Hair Extensions are exempted. Please see below instruction) or 1 year for electrical items that require exchange through mechanical failure these will require the guarantees attached.
 
Return postage is at the buyers expense.
 
You may return any product for a refund within 14 days, as long as the product is in a resalable condition and odour free. Returns of any product outside this period will not be accepted except electrical items which have mechanical issues and these have to be inside the 12-month guarantee period (The guarantee period is from point of purchase and not delivery). All electrical item guarantees are exchange only and no monetary or credit notes will be issued instead of or alongside the exchange.
 
We require ALL returns to be insured with tracking and delivery confirmation, so that we may process your refund or exchange in a timely manner. 
 
WIGS, PONYTAIL EXTENSIONS AND HAIR EXTENSION RETURNS (DETAILS RELEVANT TO ALL OTHER PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGES)
 
Customer Returns and Guarantee
 
A customer may return any item within 14 days of delivery, for a refund or exchange provided the item(s) meets with the following criteria:
 
All goods must be returned in the original condition they were received.
 
Any goods returned outside the original condition will be reviewed by us to determine whether it is eligible for a refund or exchange as outlined in this section.
 
A refund or exchange will not be provided for products returned in a used condition or that have been tampered with.
 
Used condition and tampering includes but is not limited to:
hair that has
 
(i) been cut
(ii) been coloured, dyed, or permed
(iii) had heat applied for the purposes of straightening or curling effect
(iv) that have any damage inflicted as a result of tampering including traces of scents such as cigarette smoke, perfume, hair spray, body odour and burning.
(v) extensions that have been removed from the cardboard backing in the original packaging.
 
While we appreciate any assurance they have not been used, these are hygienic goods and cannot be accepted back under such condition. Under the rules of distance selling, hair extensions are considered "for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly". We fully support and enforce this legislation when it comes to items removed from their packaging. If an item is determined to be used or tampered with, you will be notified via email within 14 days of its return. You will be granted the option to pay for its return to you. If you do not reply or refuse to make payment for its return to you, the item will be held for 30 days and then destroyed.
 
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days unless goods are faulty. Goods are not considered faulty if their condition deteriorates due to poor hair management or poor application of extensions.Our goods are not shipped faulty.  
 
The buyer is responsible for all postage costs when returning items to us for refund or exchange. International clients are also responsible for any customs or duties charge payable to return items to us.
 
We ask that you contact us at enquiries@afuro.co.uk for specific returns instructions before posting your item to us. We will certainly reimburse any 1st class recorded Royal Mail postage costs if the buyer is returning goods or items that were delivered in error. Once the goods are returned to our premises, you will receive either the refund or exchange as you have requested and reimbursement of 1st class postage costs to our business.
 
We will not accept liability for products lost or damaged during transit returned by you. We advise insuring all items returned to us and sending returns via recorded delivery. This service provides a tracking number should any delivery dispute arise. If a tracking number shows delivery of an item but our offices haven't received it, we reserve the right to contact Royal Mail (or other courier) to confirm the exact delivery address used. If the address is different to the one directed by  Afuro Hair and Beauty no refund or exchange shall be given.
 
 
If you choose to send back your return via unrecorded post, we will not be held liable for any delay or loss. This is in accordance with all UK legislations. All refunds will be actioned to the original payment method provided unless otherwise expressly agreed between you and Halo. This will occur within and no more than 14 days after we receive your return, in accordance with DSR legislation.
 

 

LOST or DELAYED PARCELS

Once we have dispatched your items it is then the responsibility of the courier or postal service to deliver. We ask that our UK customers allow 15 working days for the delivery items due to unforeseen circumstances such as strike action or chronic weather conditions.

 
We do not consider items to be “lost in transit” until a certain amount of time has passed in accordance with the independent regulations of the courier or postal service. If an item is lost, we will provide an immediate replacement or refund, as directed by you, at no further cost to you. We shall not be held responsible for any delays due to weather conditions or the typical increase in traffic during the holiday seasons.
 

 

Packages returned by international customs due to the denial of a products entry or a package left unclaimed cannot be reshipped and will be issued a refund less shipping. Please note that international customers are responsible for checking with local customs in regards to the allowance or entry of a product into their country, as well as customs fees/duties. We are not liable for any extra fees/duties your customs may require. You can cancel your order and do so before we have shipped your product (before receiving your shipment email notification with shipment identification number).
